Thank you for adding your suggestion! Our enhancement roadmap is usually planned for at least 2 months in advance, though we are often looking for highly desired ideas (please vote!).
Any new requests will be considered by our team to determine their universal benefit to all our customers and then added to the roadmap based on potential impact.

Client Notification
Hello,
I think it would be good to have the client's notified for x reason. I understand there are things we can tick to notify clients or agency vis SMS about things like clock out SMS to client and such.
It would be great if we can add clients notified gets an alert for any notes entered by the caregiver on how their shift went and message to the family.

Care Plan available for contacts versus just client
I would like the Care Plan available to contacts. 95% of the time the "contact" is the one hiring an agency and paying the bills. They should be able to look at the Care Plan since they are the ones who probably created it. This would also enable them to make changes as necessary also.

Family Feedback
Several times the Caregiver forgets to leave a feedback to the family when they are awaiting the feedback. You should allow the Admin/Office to call the Caregiver and have her dictate a note and then the office to send to family.

Referral lead of a Perspective Clients
Hi, Is it possible to have the address for a prospective client to be optional? I get a lot of leads from referral sources and they do not always provide an address of the client. It would be nice to have the lead and client fields set as optional incase we do not have a full name, address, or phone number of the potential client, and not have to add a dummy address and then go back and re-enter it.

Client DDM
I used just one DDM for Assessment and duplicated my document as you can see in the above screen shots. I used numbers and all CAPS for Titles. I used numbers because system did not allow me to move my tasks in the order I needed. What I did worked for my purpose and luckily we only use one document. Hope this help build a better UI for the end user.

Directional arrows to nagivate to the next profile
It would be helpful if you could navigate from one profile in a category (Clients, Caregivers, Applicants, Payers, etc) to another via a directional arrow in the profile, avoiding having to exit back to the main list.

care assessment
in the care assessment under tasks, it would be very helpful for staff when they are documenting to be able to itemize the tasks in frequency to am/pm not just weekly as you will have tasks that are only done in the am or pm .

Allow Clients to request a shift recurrence from the portal and define the service type they require
This would be particularly useful for agencies that staff communities/care homes.

Add a client identification field
I track how many inquiries we receive and clients served through our client identifier: First Initial, Second Intitial, next number in spread sheet...ie: yesterday the inquiry JF9171 was added to my CRM.
