The app does not have a full CRM capability that can handle a funneling system. this can help in measuring each Referral source when a Lead is referred. This will allow a company like ours into monitoring and measuring the potential of each Referral source and the  lead that we get. 

I agree with this. Having a Full Sales CRM capability would be quite valuable. Currently there is no easy way to track multiple individuals at the same company. I would want the ability to enter a referral company, similar to the way you add a payer. Collect the information specific to that company, like the company address, type, industry, etc. Then also have the ability to add individual referrers, all of their information, and associate them with that company.

For example: A hospital system may have several discharge planners and social workers. We would want to track them all individually as well as the hospital as a whole.

Currently the only choice is to enter them into the address book as an individual and there is no way to associate them with the hospital. The alternative is to enter a company and make the individual the company contact, but then you have to enter the hospital multiple times.

There also does not seem to be any good way to track salespeople, what clients they bring in, what their conversion rate is, etc. There is a lot of value that could be brought by adding more sales and referral tracking to the system.

I understand CareSmartz has started a full fledged CRM development project.  Anyone involved in that?  i would like to be a beta tester and help with the product development team.  I'm in the industry of non-medical caregiving and need it all integrated and templated according to our industry sales processes.
