For clients, uploading key documents, we need support for LibreOffice files (it's a full replacement for Microsoft Office that is massively popular -- libreoffice.org) and also for DJVU files. Test ODT and DJVU file attached, FYI.
Please let me know how to do that. Perhaps you could just disable checking the type of uploaded files, if you can't add support for OpenDocument and DJVU formats.
Also, for the privacy of uploaded documents, what is "everyone"? I would like some files to be limited to admin users, some to caregivers as well, none to the client portal. Please let me know how to do this.

Interactive Dashboard
Good Morning Caresmartz360 team. I'm looking over my Dashboard and my top two Widgets are Invoices Issued, which is set to the past 4 weeks. The next second widget is Payments Received which is set to the past 7 days. Is there a way to change these to mirror one another's timeframe? I would love to be able to at a quick glance change the length of time. I know that there is a report for this but I'm a visual person and would love the dashboard to be more interactive.
add retirement homes under place of service
we have a few client's in retirement homes and long term facilities
Add "dosage" for ALL medication types
Currently, when I add a medication, I can only add the quantity if I've selected capsules or tablets. If I need to enter units for an injection or quantity of teaspoons, I don't have that option. I need to be able to enter the quantity, no matter which method I select, even ones I add myself.
Ability to edit/customize GPS coordinates.
Clocking in/out with the caregiver app (GPS) isn't always accurate and will sometimes display the caregiver's clock/in-out location incorrectly (not near the client's home). It would be ideal if the agency had the ability/option to edit GPS coordinates that pinpoint the client's exact location.
