Thank you for adding your suggestion! Our enhancement roadmap is usually planned for at least 2 months in advance, though we are often looking for highly desired ideas (please vote!).
Any new requests will be considered by our team to determine their universal benefit to all our customers and then added to the roadmap based on potential impact.

Suggestion for caregiver application form

I suggest that the caregiver application form be revised to include a dropdown menu option where potential caregivers can select which job type that they are trying to apply to. ie CNA, HHA, RN, PCA. Also i suggest changing the caregiver application form title to Employment Application Form.

Ability for Clients to fill out assessment information.
Clients should be able to fill out assessment information like medications and other notes for helpful information.

Assessments in the system are by nature meant to be completed by an impartial third party to best define client abilities and needs.
Currently, even the custom forms are not fillable by users outside of your agency. I believe we are exploring this possibility for a future enhancement. When that happens, this would be something you can accomplish with a custom form.

Shift confirmation for client
Have a feature where clients can receive an email when a shift has been confirmed by a caregiver.
I have clients wondering if the caregiver has confirmed their shift. They do not want to assume that a caregiver is going to show up without receiving a confirmation notice.

I have a client who have lives in two primary addresses, because the portal on allow one primary address, my caregivers are having issues logging in/out in the other address. If caresmartz can make that possible, it will be very helpful…
Can you guys make it possible to have two or more primary addresses for a client?

We need more than one default service type to check as we have some clients with more than one

By definition, a default position has a single point of reversion. This cannot be altered to a multi-select.

caregiver notes
Please expand the area for reading the caregiver notes from both the Dashboard/Care Alerts & also Client/Care Alerts. Current we can only read 2 lines at a time - please expand to make it easier to review the notes

With the launch of the new Dashboard, you can now hover your mouse over a comment and see it.

Client Module
We would like to have task and communication to have more options for security other than everyone or only me. We would love to share some communication with our leadership team.

In the meantime, if you would like to share the content of the task/communication, you can add the agency users as associated parties. They will be able to view, but not edit the item.
