Assessment (Care Plan) NEEDS IMMEDIATE ATTENTION
With the assessments, the CarePlan task is developed HOWEVER when another assessment is opened whether it is a Nurse Assessment or a Supervisory visit all of the tasks disappear unless that other form is marked complete. The supervisory visit is different from the Assessment so there is absolutely no point in overriding the Assessment for the Sup visit.
Care [Plans are very imperative to the care of the client. There should be a way to develop the task list individually for our clients where the tasks are ALWAYS showing up for the caregiver whether a Supervisory visit has been opened after an assessment or not. Yes, there is a way to add tasks to each Service Type however it is not Person-Centered or Specific to each individual client just each service type.
Having to open and complete a new assessment each time a form is created just so that the caregivers can complete the task is beyond double working.
There has to be a way to make the client's care plan separate from anything that can be overridden by another form that has nothing to do with the specific form. Now if another assessment was opened after that Nurse assessment was complete it would make more sense. For a care plan to be overridden by a supervisory visit or any other assessment form does not make any sense at all. Please add a way to develop a client-specific care plan that will stick with the client unless updated.
