The "everyone" means all the people in the office (not the caregivers or the clients).  For caregivers to see their documents and clients to see their documents, you need to share them.

Hello,

For clients, uploading key documents, we need support for LibreOffice files (it's a full replacement for Microsoft Office that is massively popular -- libreoffice.org) and also for DJVU files. Test ODT and DJVU file attached, FYI.

Please let me know how to do that. Perhaps you could just disable checking the type of uploaded files, if you can't add support for OpenDocument and DJVU formats.

Also, for the privacy of uploaded documents, what is "everyone"? I would like some files to be limited to admin users, some to caregivers as well, none to the client portal. Please let me know how to do this.
