Enter date with number pad

Number pad only works when entering birthdates but doesn't work when entering schedule dates or other dates. You have to use the manual drop downs.

Are you using Chrome as your browser?  The number pad is working for me when I add schedule dates and birthdates as well as in report filters.  If you are using Chrome, can we schedule a meeting, so you can share your screen, and we can try to determine where the problem lies?

Thanks for your reply. Yes we are using Chrome.  It works for us in certain fields.  For example when creating a new client all the date fields allow you to type in a date except the inquiry date section, that one has to be done manually.  Also, if you are adding caregiver credentials to the compliance section the compliance/license number cant be entered with the num pad.

I have the same experience that some date fields a number pad can be used but not all date fields throughout the system,

thank you for that input.  I will see what I can do about creating a more uniform experience.
