When all caregivers make the same amount of money no matter what their service type is
Hi, for our organization, no matter what the service type is, the caregivers are each paid their hourly rate. It' super time consuming when we add a new bill rate to go to every single caregivers profile and add this service type manually. There should be a way to just have one button that the caregivers wage is always the same no matter what the service type is

I agree, our caregivers all get paid differently depending on their experience, time of service, etc. but they typically get paid the same for every service type. Not only does adding a new service type require a person to go into every caregiver profile to add their individual pay rate, but when a pay rate changes now you have to edit every service type rate.
We have 17 service types, and because the caregiver pay rate is put into the system per service type. There are 17 pay rates that need to be modified when a pay rate changes. To do it properly a person would edit each existing service type rate and set an end date for all 17. Then go in and add the new rate for all 17 service types. This is a tedious process.
Having a single Default Pay Rate in the caregivers profile that is used if individual service type rates are not entered would solve most situations. Also having the ability to bulk edit the payrates that are entered would be quite useful.
